Elevation changes were solved with custom concrete steps faced in hand-laid stone veneer, and a concealed drainage system was installed beneath the surface to prevent water buildup year-round. At the front entry, stone columns provide structure and a polished finish. We even pre-installed underground conduit for future lighting and hot tub hookups—so the space can evolve as the homeowners do.
